Do you have a hard time remembering exactly what you thought of a particular book? Want to establish a rating system for your collection of books you have read? Maybe. you want to track your thoughts, notes, or quotes from some of your favorite books? Whatever the case may be, these rating and review tracking pages will help you achieve your goals. Read on!
Color in the stars to rate each book as you read them 1-5 stars for each book. Then fill out the review page and include your rating, some notes, and quotes from the book. Help future you remember what you loved so much ( or hated) about each book you read.

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS
If you are using A5 paper - adjust the paper settings in your printer.
If you are using standard sized printer paper (8.5" x 11") - adjust the scale to 100%, after printing you will have to cut the paper to make it the perfect size!
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
